Dive in to your hearts deepest desire, explore the knowledge and resources you have within you to support that desire, and find the ways to move that knowing into intentional action.
… are you ready?
I welcome you on a 21+2 day journey through the three centers of creation.
A journey where you are invited to dive in to your hearts deepest desire. To bring awareness to the wisdom that resides within and around you. A journey of weaving together divine will and universal knowledge to a beautiful fabric of intentional action.
This Sadhana, intentional practice, is designed to give nourishment to that which wants to awaken within you. Simple, but oh so potent, practices allows you to be with what wants unfold naturally. When you step in to your Sadhana with awareness, discipline, and clear intention it strengthens the threads of connection with Self, Source, God/Goddess.
Maybe this journey will provide you with clear answers, maybe it will provide you with more questions. Both are conduits for divine guidance.
Each week consists of a seated practice that you repeat for 7 consecutive days. The 20 minute guided practices contains a visualization/somatization, a Pranayama, and a mantra - all carefully chosen to support the unfolding of the theme of the week. Every day you are offered a journaling prompt that supports the seeing more clearly your own inner movements. Each week closes with a guided asana based movement practice that allows you to integrate your findings. The journey closes with a powerful guided practice to tap into the felt sense of these three centers working together as one divine pathway.
You get access to:
- 5 inspirational, sensitizing, and informative talks on video - 10-20 minutes
- 3 guided meditations on video - 20 minutes each
- 3 guided movement practices on video with Spotify playlist - 30 minutes each

Day 1: Opening circle
Arrival practice, intention setting, and presentation answering the question 'what is Sadhana?' and 'how is this journey designed?'
Day 2-8: Heart | Desire
The Heart Center is the seat of desire and will, both individual and universal/divine. The individual spiritual heart is a doorway to the Great Heart, the Hrdayam, where personal will begins to work in alignment with divine will, or Iccha Shakti.
During this week you are invited to dive into the different layers of desire that gives rise to your dreams, aspirations, and movements in life.
Day 9-15: Brain | Knowledge
The Brain Center is the seat of knowledge and resources. In the same way as the heart, like a flower, consists of different layers, so does the Brain. The physical brain can be seen as the bud or flower of the spinal cord. And the Brain Center can be experienced as the opening of the energetic central channel, Sushumna. The unfolding of the bud opens the Brain Center to rest in the field of infinite possibilities, or the Madhya, home of Jnana Shakti in her full expansion .
This week is an invitation to investigate your knowing, thinking processes, and how you can inhabit more of the beauty of the brain.
Day 16-22: Gut | Action
The Gut Center is that place where movement arise, where the power to take action is pulsating. Just like the vibration from the beating of a drum can ripple through your skin to the very core of your being, so can the pulsation in your Gut Center create movements in your whole bodymind. From the Gut Centers runs the rivers that connect you to the vibratory pulse of the universe, the Spanda, the Kriya Shakti, the power that make the galaxies dance.
You are invited to tap in to your own inner power, to explore how you move, what moves you, and how you can support yourself to take intentional action. Action that is in alignment with your hearts desire.
Day 23: Closing circle
Closing practice to integrate the three centers as one divine pathway.

When can I start the course?
You can start the course at any time, as soon as you've signed up or at a time of your choosing.
How much time should I schedule per day for the course?
On the opening day of the course there's a 20 minute long 'Welcome'-video.
During the three weeks when you explore the three centers the first and last day of the week you should schedule at least 60 minutes, preferably 90 minutes. For the five days in-between 30-45 minutes.

My suggestion is to start with the 'Welcome'-video on a Saturday and then start each week on a Sunday. And close on a Sunday. 23 days in total.
